I went to Jane for a scalp issue. I had bad flakiness, itching, and irritation that just wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried. After my first session with her, I followed everything she recommended and honestly, it made such a huge difference. My scalp is completely fine now and super clean, healthy, and no more itching or flakes. She really knows what she’s doing, explains everything clearly, and gives you advice that actually works. Plus, she’s super easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her if you’re dealing with any scalp problems.

Jane is a really nice person. I waited almost 2 months before writing this review because I wanted to share my actual experience. From the very first visit, she made me feel calm about my hair concerns. After diagnosing, she prescribed only the basic vitamins that I was lacking – no fancy or expensive treatments, which I really appreciated. It’s been almost 3 months now and I can already see a difference. Of course, hair journeys take time (around 6 months), so I’m still waiting for my hair to get back to how it was before, but I have full trust that Jane will help me get there. Thank you, Jane!

I have previously seen various other health professionals in relation to the concern I presented with. I received more information and understanding about what is happening in one appointment with Jane, than I have received collectively from all other providers. Jane took the utmost care to explain what was happening and provide information about treatment options. I can’t speak highly enough about the service, I left feeling completely supported and confident in the treatment plan. I’ve never experienced such an outstanding service.

Jane is wonderful kind and understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. Losing my hair created a whirlwind for me emotionally as I didn’t understand why my hair was falling out. Jane was able to talk me through my options and so far being 5 months, after following her recommendations, and treatments, we have seen an improvement with new hairs growing! Jane was fantastic! She really knows her stuff and was so kind and understanding. She took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had plenty!) and I left my appointment feeling positive, with full knowledge of my treatment plan and the expected outcomes. It’s definitely a journey as there’s no “quick fix” when it comes to hair growth but I feel like I’m now on the right track and can’t wait for the results!
